iBlinds stop responding

I just had 3 of my 4 iBlinds stop responding to SmartThings.  SmartThings showed that they were opening and closing but the blinds did not move.  I had to get out my 8 foot step ladder to reach the button on the charging port.  I calibrated them to make sure they had power and after I did they started working again.

So far this has only happened once but I was wondering if others had seen the same thing happen.
