I appear to have the device handler working  in SmartThings.  However, I am  struggling to determine the proper json structure/content to send SmartThings the message to open the blinds to a certain percent. 

It looks like I should be using the switchlevel capability, but am at a loss with the command and arguments. 

Anyone out there get this to successfully work?
