We keep a running list of Z-Wave Controllers known to work with iblinds. We collect these from our own testing, as well as feedback from our users. Let us know if you have found success with a controller that needs to be added here.

We've received feedback that users have made successful integration of iblinds within a Lutron system using Hubitat & using Pico remotes or Alexa for operation.

Just wanted to let you know that I temporarily connected one of my iBlinds to my Oomi system.  It connected easily and showed up as a dimmer.  Tap the widget to open and close the blinds and by holding the widget you can choose the percent of opening.

Yesterday included my iBlinds to Fibaro Home Center controller. It is recognized as Blinds controller.

Seems to work with the universal devices isy - added as a binary and multilevel device - works in its programs and with alexa's open/close routines when exposed to the isy portal

I've also got mine working with my isy994i with added z-wave support.

It's added as a binary and multilevel device as @sloop mentioned. I've set up scenes using the multilevel device and defined the 50% as the level when the scene is on. Those scenes are exposed to Alexa and I can trigger them to open the blinds with "Open Den Blinds" (or whatever ones I want). "Close Den Blinds" will return them to the 0% setting. I haven't found a way to have them close in the "up" - but the isy does allow setting configuration parameters on devices.

I've only exposed my scenes to Alexa, not the individual devices.

@chasepeeler Can I ask how you added it to ISY when i add it (ISY 5.3.0) i only get a binary switch and a class b motor ctrl, I can't see anyway to set to anything other than 0 or 100%.

Thanks,

Steve

i added mine under isy 5.2.0 - shows up the same as yours - but not having any luck with them - the v2 iblinds still work and never have a problem - the v3 iblinds are not working - open and close sometimes but not to the correct level - isy gives an error message

my config - added the zwave isy board with the zwave 500 chip and 3 repeaters (the ones iblinds recommends) awhile back (before i knew about iblinds) - thought i was boing to try zwave motion detectors - one repeater is in the wiring closet with the isy - one at each end of the house in the attic - added 4 iblinds v2 (2 at one end of the house and 2 at the other end) and they never had a problem - they were added as a multilevel switch and binary device - got 3 of the v3 iblinds and they added as a motor ctrl and binary device - nothing but trouble

i am not a zwave guy - every light is insteon - elk and portal - so i am unsure about how zwave works - if these battery devices sleep and if the communications path uses one that is sleeping, might be a problem - i see a zwave 'wake' command and read somewhere iblinds does not support that - assumed that 700 zwave devices would be backwards compatible with 500 zwave - that might be wrong

i'll keep trying but not much on the isy forum with these devices and could not get logged on here to reply to you - at this point i'd say the v3 does not work with the isy

also - read the isy does not support security level v2 - also assumed it the iblinds device would negotiate backwards
