add the ability to manually open the blind, rather then from voice or device. There are times when you don't have a device or home automation hub in the blind location.

This has been implemented in V3 with a software enabled manual control.
To activate, simply press the Charge Adapter button once to open, or close the blinds.
The blinds will open to the last open position if closed.
