Tilt Shaft fixes

I had difficulty with the tilt shaft. The hex was the one I needed. But it didn’t fit perfect. It wasn’t a tight fit. 
the mechanism worked for a few days before it started slipping on occasion. With a few more days it did nothing but slip. 
I fixed it with metal epoxy. But I’d suggest a set screw on a metal tilt shaft, rather than 3 plastic ones that can fail. A single round opening with a set screw would work better.
